created 'global.pri' file, which should cover all
global definition of the project
- this file has to be include in each "*.pro" file, where it's needed
- defines "MAEMO" for handling 'MAEMO' specific code in source files
- defines "maemo" for handling 'MAEMO' specific files in "*.pro" file(s)
